Ending the year with children, gratitude and joy. On 2022-12-25, Don Charity Foundation held “Christmas Lunch na Watoto” at Lady Fatma in Kigamboni. We shared a festive meal, celebrated members born in December and closed the year through an event centred on generosity, companionship and appreciation. The activity took place at Lady Fatma, Kigamboni, Dar es Salaam and reflected our commitment to children and youth support through respectful, practical engagement.

For us, this update is about more than recording an event. It captures the people, partnerships and choices that turn compassion into responsible action. We value approaches that listen, protect dignity and respond to the context in front of us rather than assuming that every community needs the same thing.

We are grateful to the participants, hosts, members and partner organizations who made the engagement possible. Their time and trust helped us continue learning how to serve with care. As the Foundation grows, we will carry the lessons from this activity into future programs and continue sharing approved public information with honesty and respect.
